Nakul Sarda

Nakul has been a partner with Soni Chatrath & Co since 2011. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he has done his management studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Nakul also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit.

Prior to joining Soni Chatrath & Co., Nakul has worked with S.R.Batliboi & Co. (a member firm of Ernst & Young) for 4 years, where he was responsible for conducting statutory audits, limited reviews and tax audits. In his career as an assurance expert, he has delivered value to clients across sectors which include large and mid sized corporates in manufacturing, process outsourcing, IT services, education, health, travel services etc. Nakul’s experience of various sectors would allow him to proactively reach timely decisions in relation to complexities arising, if any. Nakul is also a Certified Proadvisor for QuickBooks online.

Being a man who believes in hands-on execution to gain business insights, Nakul lets his work do the talking. With his experience of over 10 years, Nakul leads the Audit & Assurance Practice at Soni Chatrath and has led the charge to a grow this practice by 150% over the past three years.

Nakul leads the audit practices not only as a compliance exercise but also as an effective business tool, helping organizations strategize their operations and critical-decision making processes.

His experience includes accounting advisory, revenue assurance, fraud investigations, multiple IPO listing, certifications and financial due diligence reviews. He takes active participation in training, recruitment and other quality initiatives for the firm and profession.
